Excess filament loops

This has just started happening occasionally, I think after a filement change. see photo. Printer is an x1 carbon, filament Bambu PETG HF, humidity level good. I have had the printer about 2 yrs and never changed the cutter, could that be it?. This is just a small section of the job I had to redo because of these strands corrupting the print. I have done this print job many times but with regular petg, this is the first time I am using the HF version. It’s only happening to the white filament which is the HF, the orange is a generic petg. I have ordered replacement cutters but might there be another issue? TIA

This seems like a problem during the filament change where a portion of the extruded filament is dragged to the print.

You should look for a nozzle wiper model on MakerWorld which is designed to help keep the poop in the poo tube as it ejects it and is less likely to bounce it or drag it into the build plate.
