Exclude part of model when using cut tool

Olias laughs, but I suspect he is making good use of his PrtScr key to Copy/Paste his screens. Windows has a very good Snipping Tool to copy screens to the clipboard, and the Discourse software handles the pasting of images into the post with automatic resizing. The Snipping Tool can also do some simple editing.

Another option to capture PC screens is a free utility called Greenshot. I find it easier to grab an exact area with this tool, and it offers multiple destinations for the captured screen. The image editor also has some extra features, like highlighting or obscuring an area of the image.

Oh I know how he gets the screens. Just wondering how he just always puts together comprehensive answers.

I get bored after the second word

Greenshot is what I use both here and in my day job. The ability to annotate makes it much easier to tale the guesswork out of communicating complex concepts when referencing the real world and also screengrabs.

Unfortunately, literacy levels in today’s business world have declined dramatically. As a result, one must often resort to “the color glossy photos with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one…” to borrow a quote from a favorite protest song of mine from 1969.

Great solution! You have to come up with that first. :slightly_smiling_face:
