I have a print that I would like to download but every time I go to download and start it it shuts my Bambu Lab off. I noticed in the upper left hand corner a small icon that when you highlight it it says exclusive. This is the file I’m trying to download if someone could help me I would really appreciate it thanks
well apparently everything that I tried to download after the update just acts like it is downloading and then shuts my bamboo down. I just tried two others and it did the same thing that are not exclusive. Any help would be appreciated thank you.
Okay I feel sheepish. You cannot open a zipped file straight in Bambu.
No. BAMBU. but thanks I found the problem. If the files are not separated outside of a zip file Bambu cannot read it and will immediately shut down thinking there is something wrong. I ended up going to the site downloading it and pulling it out from the zip file to allow it to work you cannot just hit the download and open inside of Bambu Lab.
