Expired User Information - but cannot renew :-(

My Bambu Lab slicer keeps giving me the message “User information has expired, please log in again” and a link. Clicking the link takes me to the Health Management System home page where I can try and login, but, yes, my login details do not work. It asks me to reset password, I supply my email address and it says to check my inbox to reset my password.

But no email arrives.
I have tried several times
:frowning:
Any ideas?

Hi @user_3987147373

Welcome to the forum.

Short answer

Follow the instructions for solving your problem:
HMS_0500-0300-0002-0055: User information has expired. Please log in again.

Detailed Answer

The error message appears on the HMS (Health Management System) tab of the printer, so when you press the link, you are directed to the HMS home page of the Bambu Lab Wiki.

You shouldn’t try to log in to that webpage; the HMS is a Bambu Lab function that facilitates troubleshooting by listing error messages and codes with links to the solution procedures.

Different methods exist to use it, depending on the type of info you get (error message, error code, QR code). In this case, since you only have a message prompt, you can do, for example:

Press: ctrl+F (winOS) or cmd+F (macOS)

Write the message prompt (or part of it) in the search box:

And you’ll find your error in the HMS Home page:

Press the link respecting the error, and you will be redirected to a page with further info and instructions.

i get this message. I have x1C. I go to settings, on printer, I am logged into the wifi. no error there.
i go to account, i am logged into account (no error there) I go to the phone app, the directions say to BIND THE PRINTER, but that option does not exist on the app.
this is nuts. nothing looks disconnected, but this keeps popping up.

any way to clear this?

Getting the same issue after updating to the latest firmware, despite still being logged in.

I logged out on my desktop and in Bambu handy and the error persists, despite everything working fine and me clearly being logged in.

Can’t find anyway to clear this.

Same issue. Did all the things, same error, but otherwise it acts normally and I’m connected to my account. X1C, Handy and Studio all on latest firmware/software.

I’m seeing the same error message on the same device and also suspect it’s related to a firmware update. However, simply turning the printer off and back on usually clears the error - at least until it reappears. I’ve started to ignore it, since it doesn’t actually affect the printer’s usability.
In general, I’ve noticed that updates occasionally cause odd error messages. This is most likely just coincidence and not an attempt to boost spare parts sales.

I have the same issue. Everything is working just fine, but the error is still reported. Switching off and on again has no effect. Sigh!

Same here. Any official fixes for this?
