Export Configs is not working

I am unable to export my configs. It worked before. Now i have a message that 0 where exported.
I updated the bambu lab recently.

I ran in the same issue earlier this week - the solution for me was to copy the profiles from the directory from my user folder (click on the arrow next to File → Help → Show Configuration Folder.

I hope it’s gonna be fixed in the next release

Same issue here with exporting my configs. Thank you for the tip seb.ffs
I reverted back to the previous version of the slicer after noticing the issue.

Thank you! I was looking for in th the program folders but did not find it. I got it now thanks to your advice and I can finally make a backup! :smiley:

Same issue here as well. Just recently.

I cannot export printer config bundle (.bbscfg). When I choose it and press OK it ssks me to choose at least one printer or filament. But it does not show them. See attached photo
