The motherboard that holds the SD card has failed, Can’t remove card.
Does anyone have an extra I could buy? I need it soon and Bambu is not cooperating very well.
Thanks.

You can buy it in the store. This is the AP board, there are 2 models, one for P1P and one for P1S. Make sue you purchase the right one.
yes, but it can take up to 2 weeks to get.
Why did the board fail?
Are sd card contacts welded/fused to the board?
The sd card is just spring latched to the reader hardware and should pop out.
Information for the AP Board replacement
Please note that replacing the AP board will require help from our Customer Support team. Each AP board has a serial number which will need to be bound to the original SN of the printer.
The following information is required to be provided in your ticket, so the new board can be activated:
- Picture of the new SN displayed on the printer screen after the new AP board is installed
- Picture of the QR code located on the printer frame
The new SN of the AP board is displayed on the P1 printer screen under Settings→ Device as shown in the image below**:**
If that quote is still accurate it sounds like you may as well buy it from store and create a ticket so ticket will be qued up and ready when you need to get it registered.
You are still at the mercy of Bambu as they have to valid a new AP board. It is not a simple swap in solution.
You may be better off finding someone to swap the SD card carrier on the board. Someone with a hot air system and a little bit of experience. There are lots of videos online of others doing the same sort of thing (other products) for reference.
The card won’t pop up.This is the second time that has happened. I never tried to remove the SD before the failure. It always just in place. Don’t know how this happened.
It’s a perhaps extreme solution but if you watch this video it might provide you with insight into how to unlock the latch that locks the micro-sd card in place.
Only you know how comfortable you are messing with tiny parts but I would try to unlatch it. Non-functional now but may save time and money if removing the card gets you back up and running.
