Extruder Clicking on purge line

So long story here but I am getting the clicking on the begining purge line but is mostly fine during printing. But I have to try to grab the glob it makes or it will mess up the skirt/ print.

What I have tried.

Three different plates. High temp, cryo grip cool plate and pei textured. All cleaned really well and glued if needed.
Replaced the whole gear head, extruder, hot end, and nozzle.
Tried multiple different filament including esun, numakers, sunlu. Spent hours making sure they were dry too. Petgs and pla’s, not using the same side of the plate with petg for pla and vise versa.
Multiple print profiles and custom ones. Higher and lower temps for the nozzle.
Factory reset the A1 deleted and reinstalled the Bambu studio.
Checked for clogs and debris, including a cold pull. Also, again a completely new nozzle.
I can not figure this out. Been going on for over a month. I don’t understand why it’s only on the purge line. Tried turning off flow rate calibration too. Works ok as long as I grab the mess from the purge line before it gets to the actual print.
Any other ideas?

My only guess is resistance somewhere between the extruder and the PTFE tube, tubes can wear out and cause resistance, one example of this is I had this issue on the X1C clicking like the nozzle was clogged or filament stuck in the extruder gears and it turned out to be a feeder PTFE tube in the AMS was worn down. Hope you figure it out!

Try HF nozzles, I think in a recent firmware they may have changed the resistance the motors click at, and the standard nozzles in my experience just cause this 50% of the time. If you’re printing TPU I suspect it’s when the printer knows it’s printing TPU/TPE the resistance value is changed. The HF nozzles allow the TPU to be melted fast enough that there’s barely any back pressure and this problem disappears. Especially during purging where the printer seems to just go for it and not purge slowly.
