Extruder Gear Rattling

Had a clog today. Took apart the extruder and nozzle, everything looked good and okay. However, now whenever the gear moves it makes a rattling noise.

Not sure what’s going on, but it’s from the extruder gear for sure since when I remove it the extruder assembly, there’s no rattling from the extruder motor.

I have the same extruder with a rattling gear, but right from unboxing.

Hi,

That sucks! Especially since it was out of the box.

My rattling issue eventually went away by itself. Not sure what happened.

Exact same noise but only on one of my P1Ps - Bambu did say they would send me a new extruder but they are yet to respond (4 days) now.
