Extruder Interface Board V9 - X1 Series

Hi,

I’m in the USA and my X1C is down.

I need a new Extruder Interface Board V9 - X1 Series. The US store is out of them. They were previously back ordered. I added my email to the, “Please notify me when they are back in stock.” When they were finally back in stock, it was impossible to purchase one. I only received errors from the links provided in the notification email.

Does anyone know of any workarounds for ordering from a store outside of one’s area?

Does anyone have any contact info for Bambu store employees that I might work with to order one?

I would pay for shipping, but the option isn’t available.

Please help.

Welcome to the forum

It seems the board is available via the Canadian site. I’m currently traveling for work but should be home late next week and can add one to my next order if you don’t get one sorted out before then. Shoot me a DM.

Here it says “Back in store before Apr 1st” so no luck either.

Thank you Jon. You are too kind. I purchased a few BM02B-GHS-TBT’s. This is the plug on the board that came off. I’m just going to solder a new one on. Thank you for offering. You’re awesome.

I have to say this was one of the most stupides4t designs around …it’s a very tedious replaceMENT and not for the faint of heart.

I accecicently pulled the back and red wires from the connectors for the laser connection oin the back of the extruder board. Whats the correct pinout (or a pic) …only the blue cable is attached. What type of connectors are these as how else will I get the wire to stay in the connect4or?

Is it possible to replace the extruder INTERFACE board (V9 version) without removing the main extruder board. The Bambu Wiki only shows a replacement of the entire board set. The J3 connector popped off this board while I was doing a nozzle change. Have to agree, this design could use some improvement with all the tiny connectors and associated cable routing.
