Extruder issues on X1C

@Barryg41 had several posts about how the sensor can get caught and filing down the edge fixes it. I can’t find the post with the picture…

Still unable to print on New X1C

I did have this same problem. It was the metal switch that was rubbing the clear filament sensor housing. I had to file some of the clear plastic till the switch moved freely. This was after a 1000 hours of use. This worked for me and is still in service.
