Have had this same issue with my H2D. it unloads filament but says there is remaio. Being a new user it has been frustrating however I have had some great results up to now.
Have sent a ticket to Bambu (A new experience) and awaiting a reply
. Because I have an AMS HT it will not load because it says I have remaining filament in the extruder. At present I can only use the external spool on the left extruder. i.e no drying.
