The A1 extruder was having loading issues. I removed all the filament and put in a new never been used nozzle. What I was experiencing was the extruder making vibrating crackling noises and trying to load and unload. After watching a lot of YouTube suggestions I removed the extruder cover. After pressing the extrude button several times I saw the yellow gear oscillating. Will replacing the motor fix this. I ordered new extruder assembly. Hopefully that will resolve the problem.
