Hello. I just got a new x1c and after 5 prints it broke, it started not feeding the filament. I checked, nothing was clogged, then I noticed that it was not feeding the filament, after disassembling it I saw that it was not spinning. Is there a way to fix it myself? Will I need to change it? Because I wrote to support, it is not clear when they will reply, and the printer is still standing, brand new.
Replace it. It’s faster, more convenient and less hassle for you in the long run. If still under warranty, submit a ticket with all evidence you have collected (photos, videos, detailed description of the problem).

Then take the photos/video documenting the problem and submit a ticket for replacement.
