How long is it gonna take till I get word on when Bambu will send me a replacement stepper motor? Been almost 2 weeks and still no clue when they can ship one.
I am in the same boat. Its hard to even get a response. Very frustrating when your printer is down and all you need to do is purchase a motor.
What’s the stepper brand or model number on it? Haven’t seen that I don’t think, tyvm!
