Hi i have been having a problem for the last few days
i have printed many many things with my printer with no issues , printer has about 1500Hrs p1s
when suddeny while re printing somthing i have printed many times with the same filliement it did this (picture below)

i have changed the nozzle to a .04 hardened steel i have tried a few of my filliments 90% of mine are bambu lab basic pla
i have taken out the extruder gears and cleaned them and lubed them i made sure not to get the lube where it isnt meant to be (the gears still look great)
I even swapped my TH board because i was having hotend nozzle fan issues.
i have unclogged multiple times
Do i need new extruder gears even though they dont look worn?

If your extruder gears wear, they slip against filament and grind into it.
What your video shows is the gears gripping the filament extremely well but are not able to feed it as fast as they are trying to turn - so definitely not a wear issue.
I’m having trouble following all the troubleshooting steps you’ve taken, are you saying you’ve replaced the nozzle to try to fix this issue? Or you previously changed it to a hardened steel nozzle before the problems began?
It looks to me like you have a partial nozzle clog. The nozzle isn’t flowing as well as it should be, but the extruder is still trying to force it in at the usual speed, causing the stepper to skip like that.
One test you can do is run the same print but set the speed to 50% - you should see the quality improve somewhat.
If it is a clog, doing several cold pulls will be the best solution to clear the obstruction.
