Extrusion Calibration in Bambu Studio

Hi Folks,

I have the X1 Carbon with AMS in use and wondering why I can not found the “cali” button in my Bambu Studio.

Here is the Wiki excerpt …

And here is my current GUI content. There is no difference between DE or EN GUI.

Any feedback is much appreciated.

Best, Marc

I believe it was removed as it is no longer needed and done when you load a spool. That is the load/unload that is done when you insert the filament.

I am talking about the missing Cali-Button to enable the Dynamic Flow Calibration to gather the the amount of compensation = K * target_flow_rate.

This is only for the P1Ps active.

But you can get SoftFever, a fork of the Bambu Studio, which has all the calibration features.

I am not sure, but I think I saw a youtube video where it is said that this button is only visible when setting the UI to english… maybe you try it…

Thanks, but I tried it already and switched the GUI language. Maybe as @rovster mentioned, only for P1P. I will try the fork anyway …

I think this done with the Lidar on the X1. Maybe that’s why the manual calibration is not offered for the X1.

Hi!

Above they added a tab “Calibration” in the latest version where you can do your calibrations now.

I have tried EVERYTHING to get that Cali button to appear, with my P1P/P1S. No dice. The Calibration Tab, only opens a Wiki. #SENDHELP

Just to be to clear you are running newer than Bambu Studio 1.7?

There are buttons at the bottom of the page to start the calibration.

You can pick between Flow Dynamics and Flow Rate on the left side of the page.

Just seeing these replies. Kill me… I was opening this page, and not seeing the links at the bottom!

Glad you got it figured out. #HELPSENT
