There is always a little bit over extrusion on the side wall for some reason. It looks completely fine in the Bambu studio. But I did notice it is the starting point of the layer/wall. I designed this so it shouldn’t be a model issue.
The print looks great, and I doubted it would be worth assessing that imperfection. Yet it seems large enough (even if minor) to be at least discussed, and you used a magic word: always. Systematic errors may be solved.
I’ve no idea what is causing the issue, but I can try to discuss it with you to find the cause and hopefully solve it.
is the issue permanently on the same side of the print? If so, which side?
Is the issue specific to this print? And can you replicate it with any filament or just a specific one?
It depends on how high the user’s expectations are. Besides the printer, it can also relate to the filament.
Edit: So the issue is the seam. I don’t have relevant experience with the scarf joint that you use. Is this a measure to overcome the problem, or you didnt try without it? The layer time also drops substantially in the region.
Your print profile has many custom print settings (not a critic) and can relate or not to the issue. I sliced using a standard profile to avoid uncertainty in the results and sent it to print. I will share the photo at the end and check if the issue persists.
