Extrusion issue

Hi all

Since yesterday i’ve been having the following issue:

Yesterday I started a new print with a glitter PLA from the external spoolholder, everything was running fine until the printing stops because of threads in the print. I tried to reduce the nozzle temperature to 205º and start printing again. After that, all problems appear.

First I think i had a clog in the nozzle because at the extrusion a big tear appear, so i followed the followings steps:

  1. Heat up the nozzle to 250º: Remain the same
  2. Tried to unclog with the pin tool: This make it better, but not perfect
  3. Tried a cold out: Remain the same
  4. Pull the filament out with an alen key: This make it better, but not perfect

After all of that, i thing the clog was out, but the extrusion did not flow continuously:

Also checked the extruder and it takes in and out the filament properly.

Please let me know if anyone has a clue to solve it!

What size nozzle? .4 might be too small for the glitter to pass through without clogging.

yes .4… I just resolved the issue cleaning the nozzle with PETG.
