Have reset factory settings three consecutively times, still have same message. Prints ok. Camera not functioning and AMS mapping on machine is not correct. Bamboo Studio accepts manual input. Work around is put filament in ams slot to match what printer thinks. Any suggestions why factory reset doesn’t fix ams mismatch? Also, camera not functioning, only used it to show off printer, so not really missed.
Using the printers touch screen. Go to the screen to change filament settings. Click on slot one to edit it and then click on the button “reset” . Maybe resetting the slot will allow you to add the filament YOU want in the slot. Then go back to Bambu Studio and try to resync with the printer. See if it matches the printer. If it does do the same to the rest of the slots. I have had to do this once. Dont know why either.
