I did a factory reset now I can’t even get it hooked up to the internet. It also doesn’t recognize Bambu pla. The filament never makes it to the ptfe. If I print from the pre loaded items it works sometimes. It didn’t print anything else. After the factory reset it is just a paper weight. I know when fedex delivered it to us they left it upside down on my front porch. Any help is greatly appreciated
Replace the SD card.

How do you know what kind to get
32gb from a reputable maker. SanDisk, samsung, etc.
Format to fat 32 and pop in.

Forgive the stupid question. I’m a car guy and this is out of my wheel house. How do you format it to fat 32
I got a scan disk 128gig and the unit can’t recognize it at all

because it’s not formatted to FAT32.
It can be, but it’s not as simple as a 32gb, which windows will happily format to FAT32.
You’ll have to jump through some hoops to get that 128gb formatted. That’s why I recommended a 32gb
To format a 128 GB SD card to FAT32, you can use a third-party SD card formatter like DiskGenius Free Edition:
- Run DiskGenius Free Edition on your computer
- Right-click on the SD card you want to format
- Select Format Current Partition
- Choose FAT32 from the file system drop-down list
- Click Format

Thank you currently I only have an iPad and can’t do that. I do have a Mac coming later next week. Thank you again for helping me. Still haven’t heard back on my service ticket. I hope this doesn’t take too long to resolve.
