Fail with multicolor

Hello, i’m really love my X1C but i have lot of problem with multicolor printing, not related to ams cannot pull out the filament but with filamement stuck in extruder. i use only new PLA, is comming from Sunlu or BambuLab.
I have this error.

And i need to clean filamement here:

Cannot push with annother filamement, is stuck here and i cannot extrude with this error.

i have Dry my PLA but the problem continu. Added tube guide on top of extruder but nothing do help.

Is the filament cutter working?

i try to change cutter tonight, i see the filament trace make half moon color.

No problem with cutter in single color.

I can confirm after two print, one of 18h, second of 12h, its the cutter, and little filamement stuck on the cutter. Thanks for advice.
