This is printed with Bambu PLA Orange Basic using all default settings except with Ironing enabled.
The topmost surface is perfect, but the lower ones have a very strange texture with enough variation in height to be felt.
I have printed this part half a dozen times before with the same settings and it has always come out fine. Any idea what is causing this?
I have that pattern on top surfaces with the same settings. Lucky you.
Not sure what would cause it to suddenly not work, but I do know this happens due to too little flow. Try increasing ironing flow to 15-20 percent or you can do your own ironing calibration by printing a fast and small model with a top surface and checking to see at what flow percent the issue is gone.
