We are using PolyMaker PolyLite LW-PLA and are not sure why it is not a clean print all the way on the left. It is like webbing, first time we have encountered this issue. Let me know if you have any ideas of what could be the problem and how we could go at fixing it. Not sure how to add the print settings but would appreciate any feedback!
Without anything for scale it’s hard to tell how big this item is but just looking at the layer lines, it looks like your approaching the edge of the print plate. I see a couple of problems here which lead me to believe that your extrusion temp is too low and your max volumetric flow is too high or both. Have you attempted to tune the filament profile or try another profile. Have you also tried quiet mode which reduces the overall speed by 50% which will help you diagnose if flow and temp are the issue?
