Failed prints after first layer

Hi all,

I have troubles with my Bambulab X1 Carbon. I hope someone can help me.
Yesterday he suddenly prints failed layers out of nowhere. The first layers and test lines are goingwelI, but after that…I already tried this:

  • I tried new filament (no succes, so its not a wet filament issue)
  • Selftest en calibration
  • Checked the belt
  • Nozzle and Extruder are clean, no clogs
  • Tried different print and fan speeds
  • Tried different temperatures
  • Used different files which I use al lot without failing, but everthing fails now somehow. Even Benchy doesnt print well.

Hi i have run 10 rolls of filament or more lots track with out any problems ABS ,PETG ,PLA had no issues then out of the blue everything fails. completely disassembled hot end cleaned no clog all parts are good no pieces in the extruder. i just seems like it extruding very little filament as it has no heat. i would like to get some answers also let me know if you get any information
THANK YOU

@321richard.hodges I had something that looked really similar (especially to your up-side down “J” in the final picture) when I first started printing with transparent PETG, which is what that looks like. I believe that what fixed it for me was running my filament in a filament dryer - in my case I did 50C for 8 hours, and after that my PETG prints were flawless.
