I’ve changed out the little blade, which doesn’t look dull. I’ve only had this printer for about 36 hours at the time of this failure… With only a few successful prints. I also can’t open a support ticket in the mobile app but I suppose I should post that separately. I am open to any ideas. A user on FB suggested clicking the load button in the mobile app but that also doesn’t work. My print is 99% with 4 minutes to go so I am REALLY hoping for an answer that saves it.
It is disappointing this has not been addressed. I am having the same problem.

If you have this alarm and the filament indeed has been retracted then check to see if there is a small piece stick in the filament sensor. If the filament has actually failed to retract then check to make sure the cutter is operational.
