I’m getting the “failed to pull back filament from the toolhead to AMS …”
I looked at other post on this issue but didn’t find one that told me how to get it apart.
On this page I tried 6 then 5

I choose 6 first as it was easiest to try, no filament sticking out.
I was going to try doing 5 but the video doesn’t mention what tool (Torx, Allen, philips)
Or size to use. I tried to look down and figure it out but really couldn’t tell.
I assume if I can’t this apart I will be able to find the filament causing issue.
Any help appreciated.
