Failed to pull out filament

On my AMS unit, the A1 Slot, I keep getting a “Failed to pull out filiment…” error. When I try to manually pull out the filament it’s stuck.
I have to disconnect the AMS and take it apart to get the filliment unstuck from the drive unit at the back of the AMS.
So I free everything and I put it all back together re-mount it on the printer and press retry.
It will feed the filament but when it tries to re-tract the filament it does it again and once again it’s stuck.
So there is someone going on between the back the of AMS and the point in which the filament is feed in from the spool.
I’ve had my Bambu lab X1 Carbon for around 4 months now. So not sure what is going on.
The filament that is giving me issues is the PLA Silk Multi-color.

I have exactly the same ■■■■ error frequently! Wonder went BL noticed this problem…

change the spool to another slot. See if the problem moves with the spool, or stays with the slot.

Nope, it only happens on slot A1.
I put a different spool. It loaded the material and printed.
But when it came time to retract the spool it could not do it.
It was never able to move on to the next spool because it could not retract the first spool.

I think I found the problem.
I’m not sure the PLA Silk filament, in some places, is not 1.75 mm in diameter. I pulled out a large segment and cut it off and re-feed it.
It seems to be retracting correctly now.

Hopefully that is it, But I would have thought that roll would have jammed in other slots, but maybe the tolerances are a bit adrift on the ams, I’m guessing slot 1 has more activity than the others, maybe?
