I just had the problem that my component fan no longer works. When I manually turn up the fan, it goes back to 0%. The automatic setting doesn’t work either. The plug has been checked and is also stuck in the shaft, so there is no fault there.
Does anyone else have any ideas?

I’m having the same problem as you one m’y P1P. the fan stopped spinning for no apparent reason. impossible to operate it manually and no error code from the printer. Before opening a ticket, I would like to know if you have found the solution since your last post? Thanks

I’ve been writing back and forth with support. After 5 days they told me I would get a new fan. This is now installed and everything is running fine again. 
Thank you very much for your quick response. the failure of a component can happen but what surprises me is the absence of an error message on the printer or the Slicer. I realized this because printing PLA parts was getting ■■■■. Strange…
