Can anyone give me a clue as to why recently, after a print, the fans don’t turn off. This results in, whilst printing over night, the fans running all night. Additionally and I suppose, more importantly the bed heater stays hot, so when printing ABS the bed is on hot all night. My X1C won’t last long at this rate. Many thanks in advance
Have you mad any changes to you ending gcode?
Did the print complete normally, or was there an error?
My X1C completed an ASA print around 3 this morning, the fans and bed were off when I got up at 7:30.
Your printer Machine End g-code in the printer preset should contain:
M140 S0 ; turn off bed
M106 S0 ; turn off fan
M106 P2 S0 ; turn off remote part cooling fan
M106 P3 S0 ; turn off chamber cooling fan
If enhanced filtration is enabled in both the machine and filament settings, the fans will need to be shut down manually, as the system does not currently support automatic shutdown in this configuration.
