I’m trying to get farm control to work. I’ll have the server running. All the firmware updated. I’m get the printers in the right state to connect. Farm client finds the printers. I tell them to connect and they do so successfully. The. Immediately on every printer every time it goes to offline I. The client. And do the connection test and it says it’s working fine. I can log the printer off the server at the printer and do the process again but it behaves the same every time. I can also ping the Leo tee up address during offline and it pings fine. The iinitial moment it connects it shows the image from the camera but does not continue to show it beyond that first split second. Secondly I setup a user for one of my technicians. He’s able to connect to the server where it asks for his login. However it says his user name and password are wrong. But I copy and paste the. Right out of my client so there’s not room for error. We have tried that many times. And idea what’s wrong?

Visit the troubleshooting page for more information. It is most likely because of your computer’s firewall blocking it.
