Just had upgraded my P1P to P1S and started having this issue, the corners look lake Elefant foot. I cleaned the carbon rods and re tensioned the belts and calibrated printer as well. the problem persists.
Look at depression on this part. In XY direction corner protrude out of the part. They should be flash. did anyone experience the same problem?
also end of the part on this picture should have chamfers, not a blob.
