Feature Request: Add "Accounts I Follow" as a Model Filter

@MakerWorld, First and foremost, thanks for adding the new Community feature to MakerWorld. It’s going to be such a great way to interact with makers on the platform.

Since there is not yet a page on the web version of MW to view models of the people we follow, I would recommend adding a new first-class filter next to the new Exclusive Only button titled “Following” which would filter the list to show only models from people that one follows.

As a developer, I can appreciate the complexities to adding this filter but would love a way to sort and filter models from accounts I follow.

Secondly, I would recommend updating aligning the UI for filters and sorting on contest pages to match that of the 3D model page as contests do not appear to allow to sort by boosts or allow for any filtering.

I like this idea a lot! I’ve been enjoying with the community tab, being able to focus specifically on the people I follow. Having a filter in the model browser/search would be awesome too.

I’ve been following designers I want to see more of, and ones that have interesting things I want to revisit. It’d make it easier to refresh myself on everything, if I could filter the model browser down to just those people. I think it’d also add more value to following people, as it’d give another avenue where you can utilize the list of people you follow.
