Feature Request - Deactivate Parts

I am looking for a way to deactivate single parts (edit: better ‘sub-parts’ of a parent part/model)
Currently, the only thing one can do is either delete the part or set it’s type to negative part.

Edit: If there is a way already and I missed it, LET ME KNOW!

Not sure what you are asking for here? Do you want to deactivate the part so it doesn’t print? If that’s the case, you can either move it to another plate or move it off all the plates.

I want to activate and deactivate sub-parts of parts. They are fixed in position to the model as sub-parts, can’t be moved off the plate and do not have a checkbox like ‘parent’-parts. (See screenshot green line).

Currently, the only work-around I have found is to change their type to ‘negative’ part, which almost works, but is cumbersome and the slicer seems to react a little bit different to negative parts than to ‘non existing’ ones.
