Feature Request Don't Automatically Clear Comment Notifications

When you click on the notification icon, it clears the new comment notification after refreshing the screen. This is a problem if I want to respond to multiple comments because I lose my indication of which are the newest items since I last cleared them, especially since comment sorting on the model page doesn’t work correctly. In an earlier version of MW, the notification bubble would stay on until you marked them as read.

I agree, I like to go through each comment and rating to acknowledge them, especially if there’s any print issues.

When the notification for each message goes away for all messages, I don’t know at a glance which ones are new and which ones are old and already checked.
