[feature-request] How to find a solution print profile ratings?

feature-request

I received a one star rating of one of my models, which was also popular with this comment:

I would like to ask @Makerworld to implement a more objective and regular evaluation system, otherwise you will be damaged by extremely incorrect evaluations due to incompetence and because many users do not even understand what they are evaluating, this is to the detriment of the makers.

Before giving a 1 or 2 or 3 star evaluation, in addition to an accurate description (So the comment must be structured with a minimum number of characters), I would also make it mandatory to insert the image of the problem, that is, force you to insert a photo in the evaluations from 1 to 3 stars.

The comment above is really absurd, among other things the print profile was created with generic pla filament.
You can not receive one star evaluations with comments like that with the user who does not even understand that the filament parameters are either generic or if it is a particular brand of filament that needs calibration, this depends on the user himself.

It is not even fair that the author has to report incorrect evaluations and motivations, which sometimes are not even taken into consideration (I have an evaluation reported 3 times and never considered on "detachment from the plate).

When will these implementations be implemented to protect makers but also users who can justify an actual defect in the print profile??

His name checks out.

report it, they’ll remove it.

Already reported, but this was just meant to be an example of the various senseless evaluations

you can’t post something that says “Florida Man” and expect someone like me to let that pass.

They did implement the changes, this is why you received irrelevant and useless words rather than none.

I bet you are grateful now aren’t you?

Your request has been asked and unanswered many times.

You didn’t tag your request as a feature-request in the tags (you can still do this, edit the title area and add the extra tag), until you do, it has less chance of visibility to them as they rarely read every message (their words).

We asked for photos, we asked for structural answers- we got enforced minimum character count.

You want meaningful responses that help the designer fix a problem if it exists or so you may help a user with their issue, usually unrelated to a profile issue (usually a bed clean is required) and hopefully helps someone else who reads the comments before making the same errors someone else did and was provided help.

You are out of luck. I and many others have asked for this. You are receiving the most up to date solution for your request right now. A monkey hits the keys randomly and they can leave their unintelligible response because they usually choose to be ignorant in their role to jointly improve things.

Weirdly, I made a good friend here because a model they offered wasn’t able to print on a A series printer as the bed throwing it around meant it fell off each time and the design prohibited adding suitable supports. He and I engaged in trying to resolve it, it couldn’t be fixed (not his fault), but, we still chat often.

I got a one star review because my model didn’t work with the user’s custom contour and hole compensation settings. They applied an offset on top of my published profile and everything came out too loose.

I find these ratings meaningless and above all, no measures are taken. Reported several times, the rating is still there, among other things one star heavily damages the average of the print profile

Report it as it falls under misinformation.

To edit the tags to get this scene as a product request.

  1. Edit the title area

  1. Select the optional tags.

  1. Select the product-request tag

  1. Confirm the choice

I used to be able to do this for you, but, Bambu Lab removed the ability for those of us with increased trust levels the ability to directly assist users with things like this. They never explained why, just removed it, making it much harder to help people.

Already done several times , it seems Makerworld doesn’t care
