Recently I purchased Overture PLA, and it worked, I could tell the printer exactly what it was. Then I ran into a problem, I purchased Overture PETG, and did not have the same experience, there was no option for Overture PETG. Yes I understand that BambuLab can not follow every single type of filament every company has ever made, but PLA and Matte PLA are bassicly the same, but PLA and PETG are very different!! Please can @BambuLab add more filament brands and types! Like I also have Elegoo PETG, witch is pretty popular, but that is not an option!!
This would be a fantastic addition! As a newcomer to printing, I’ve been enjoying printing others’ models and creating my own with Fusion 360. My only frustration is the lack of reliable filament sources in my area, leaving Amazon as our main option. Without profiles for common brands like Overture PETG, my prints often fail or turn out messy. While I enjoy fine-tuning my prints, as best as a novice can, having profiles for popular brands would greatly enhance this already cool product! ![]()
I totally agree @DaFonz !
@Tanklet @Bambulab @JonRaymond
Does anyone know where we can formally put this request in?
I agree that is a good idea but I’ve not encountered a filament mfg that does not have a downloadable filament profile. I checked Overture PETG and sure enough they have them.
Hope the below appears correctly.
Yep, go to the filament maker for setup specs. Why would you expect Bambu to buy and test every possible filament? ![]()
Just put that into Bambu studio? Will it then show up in the printer?
Can you give me the link?
Thanks

For Overature filaments. Choose the product and download the config files.
In Bambu Studio File>Import>Config and choose the profiles you want to import.
There is no support fo A1-Mini? Am I doing somthing wrong?
Also will it show up on the printer?
I see support for a1 mini for the PLA product I downloaded. Depending on what you import it can show up in a project preset, filament custom or user preset in Bambu Studio.
