[Feature Request]: New MakerLab Tool -- Lithophane Creator

I sent a support ticket with a feature request but I was advised to also post it on the forum. We now have a sign maker and a vase maker in the MakerLab on MakerWorld. Both are great! The next tool should be a lithophane maker. There’s plenty of online options, sure. But it would be cool to have one on MakerWorld that’s integrated into the Bambu Ecosystem, would make it so much easier.

This would be a cool additional feature

@rcarteraz thanks for the suggestion. As you mentioned, there are already many lithophane makers. What are the pain points of them?

Although there are many, the most important is the adoption of filament characteristics. If “bambulab lithophane maker” is tuning their filament to perfection and the preview of the lithopane is a realistic version of the real lit up print, it’s a good addition to the existing ones.

What @RIK_DESIGN said, plus having it integrated into the BL ecosystem would be nice. Creating a lithophane on Makerworld and easily being able to send it to my printer to print or upload to makerworld to share. Better user experience I would think, plus I imagine BL could make it easier for people who are just starting with them too.

I have spent so much time tweaking Lithophane settings between the online solutions, then importing the files to Bambu Studio. Having issues by merging the STL files, having bambu studio crashing when slicing etc.
I have created some high resolution color Lithophanes lately and had the exact same thought. It should have been a feature in the slicing software instead of all these 3rd party online tools.

There is a little science behind creating good Lithophanes which is preventing a lot of users explore it as they have just gone with the default settings and have had a bad experience. A built in feature would make this much simpler for them.
