Will be great to have notification Sound and Badge on the iOS app.
All Kinds of notification, comment, and print status at first.
Sincerely as iOS developer, I don’t understand if that is a Bug or a Choice because is so simple to have a notification Sound and a Badge
I get notifications and sounds for any event that has occurred so far on my iPhone 11 Pro. I do have to turn off the mute switch to hear it since I usually leave it muted. I don’t get badges. I’m on Handy version 2.4.0
Mmmm same version. No mute. Notification enabled. No sound. No sound for comment. No sound for print complete. Completely mute.
Seems like a bug.

Do you get haptics? I have haptics set to always so I do get them even with mute turned on. And I have default alerts set to Rebound which appears to be the default sound.
I am having the same issue. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max running the iOS 18, Bambu Handy app version 2.16.0. I get notifications of everything, but there is no audible alert. I have all options enabled in the notifications settings. I really wish I could get an audible alert. Just recently I was printing a 6 hour print and about 2 hours into it I had a spool get stuck. I was alerted, but only with a popup notification. It was about 5 hours into what I thought was the print when I noticed the error. Would have been much better if I actually heard an alert letting me know there was an error. Thanks!
Same here, iPhone 16 pro max - notifications are completely silent…
It’s the same here, but I’ve never heard any sound. I’ve tried every setting change possible, and nothing.

iphone 11 … same thing. I swear it use to make sound on notifications.
16 Pro max here, and no audible sounds. This is the only complaint I have.
