I would very much like to be able to set temps to 0 if the print is paused. The last thing I want is to have the nozzle half heated while a print gets paused for hours on end. Waste of power, and potentially dangerous.
I would also like to have the option to switch to a different filament color on the fly, maybe with a confirmation prompt or something. For example, I was running a print with some leftover rolls of Grey PLA. The first roll finished, so the AMS switched to the second. However, the second roll seems to be having a problem being loaded with the AMS. I am not near my machine, but I donāt mind if the print finishes in an entirely different color, such as the Blue PLA that is also in the AMS. No, the print wasnāt sliced with the Blue, but if all of my Grey is either used or indisposed, I want the option to continue on with a mismatching color if I so desire. Like I said, maybe an āAre you sure?ā prompt could pop up while making this decision.
All of this culminated in me having to cancel my partial print. I couldnāt switch to blue from grey to finish out the print, and because I couldnāt lower the nozzle temp below 145 (the ārestingā temp I guess), I had to fully cancel the print instead of just leaving it paused. Obviously this is a waste of time and material, and it all could have been avoided with just one of the two features Iām requesting.
Thoughts anyone?

Regarding the switch of filament in the AMS:
until a better solution is in place and you are near your printer what you can do is take (e.g. the blue one) out of the current slot (no need for unload as it is currently not loaded) and feed it into the current slot used for printing. This āfakesā the AMS you refilled the current slot and continues printing. Did it myself a couple of times already.

Since I am color blind I would like to see the names of the colors when having to select one. Also we need more choices of colors.
I use a Bambu X1-Carbon at work and frequently I find myself starting prints that will run over night. Some of these prints involve using support material for PLA or even PVA. I have learned that this support material is much easier to remove when it is fresh off the printer. Because of this, I think a feature where you can schedule when a print starts would be beneficial. Currently, I have to start a print, then pause it in the beginning and then remember to start it so that it finishes when I come in to the office in the morning. I believe that this feature would be pretty easy to implement and would be useful.
Please let me know if I am missing this feature in bambu studio, but currently I am facing an issue where I would like to decide when I have a support interfaces on my 3-D print. There is a portion of my 3-D print that I would like to say uses entirely PVA support material to build the support (not just the interface material) since it pertains to a small gap that is hard to remove the base material from (PLA). There is another portion that I would like to have PVA as just the support interface, and then use the base material (PLA) to build the support, this will allow me to reduce the changeovers between the 2 filaments and save time and money. It would be nice to have a feature that allows me to decide where I want a support interface and where I donāt. Again, please let me know if there is a current method that I donāt already know about, but this seems like something that could be implemented fairly easily.
