Fedex weight and dimensions discrepancy?

I ordered a bunch of stuff and had 3 packages that were going to be delivered from Bambu Labs by Fedex.

One box with a bunch of filament and a hot end
One box with the the PLA CMYK Lithophane bundle and a CMYK LED backlight board
One box with a “Bambu Lab P1S 3D Printer - P1S Combo (with free filament*2)”

The first problem is they only delivered the first two boxes, the filament/hot end and lithophane bundle. The P1S combo was not delivered, but Fedex is showing it as delivered.

The second problem is the tracking for the P1S combo makes no sense, it shows the package as weighing 6.1 lbs / 2.77 kgs and being 12x12x7 in. I’ve submitted a request to Bambu Labs for help and to Fedex. But, I doubt I’ll hear back from anyone until next Monday (it’s Thursday and Thanksgiving in the United States).

Has anyone had this weight and dimension discrepancy issue with shipping? I’m not sure what could possibly cause it, none of the other packages were sufficient weight/volume to account for the P1S combo either.

I just made a similar order of some filament and a P1S combo. When the shipping info first showed up, it only had a FedEx tracking number at around 6 lbs or so (which I though was odd at the time). Just before the filament arrived via FedEx, I received a UPS tracking number for the P1S that showed 41.8 lbs. So far, all of my printers have been delivered using UPS.
