Filament being cut sometimes now hotend won't seat

So I was having an issue where after every print the filament seem to be cut. I have been using Hatchbox PLA filament on a bambu lab basic PLA profile. I saw a setting on settings overrides called “long retraction when cut” and turned it off. Well today I could not get any filament to load after repeated attemps. Nothing was extruding and it keep saying push filament in. After a while I gave up and decided to look at the hot end. When i pulled the silicon sock off i noticed PLA was everywhere. I was able to remove the default nozzle but now it will not go back in. The weird thing is I have a hardened .04 nozzle and it seats perfectly fine.

Is my printer broken?
Should I switch to the new nozzle and hope it does not start oozing?

Thanks in advance…

This can be closed. After some tinkering and a lot of YouTube i found that my AMS Hub was jamed. There were not one but two broken pieces that were causing the filament not to load.
