Filament Blob. Need help

I was printing a simple two colored bench thing for my sister, i left for a bout 2 hours and when i came back the prime tower was off of the plate and stuck to the nozzle. i looked closely and saw that the rubber sock must have came off a bit and the filement was just cloging up the inside of the tool head. i took out the nozzle and used plyers to un-stick all the filement goop that had acumulated there. the printer is fine but i dont know how to clean all the gunk thats still there and thought someone here might know wat to use to clean it. this happened yesterday and i forgot to upload. thought that might be helpful. my printer has another problem but an actual problem problem. not just exploded filament you can check that out here Spool 2 is acting up - #24 by froggy_le_mop

no one has been responding for a while and help would be very much apreciated.

There’s a guide for this in the Bambu wiki but I don’t know or remember the URL

thanks for replying! (the last post i did, no one has replyed in 6 months) i looked at the wiki and could not find it. there are too many articles! do you remember what it said or how to find it?

Please post as many photos as possible - words alone won’t explain the problem. Please also include the 3MF file. Unfortunately, we’re not sitting in front of the device and can’t assess the situation ourselves, so please send photos, photos, and more photos.

Not just on this topic, but also in your other thread. :+1:

these are all the photos of the gooey filament. sorry if the quality is bad

OK I do not understand why this was so hard to find?

I used a terrible search engine, too.

thanks. i found it. i looked it up on the bambu wiki that might explain why.

It worked! I’ve done multiple prints scince I fixed it (it took a while because I lost my allan key) but it seems to be working well! Thanks everybody!:frog::partying_face:
