Does anybody know and/or have pictures on where the magnet for the hal sensor sits inside the filament buffer… I took mine apart and the magnet fell out…
Alright, I figured it out, it is inside the cylinder for the little piston. All is well
Please advise on the correct positioning of the magnet. Is it possible to install it incorrectly inside the cylinder for the little piston? It can be placed upside down and backward.
The tiny red dot (north) goes towards the exit of the buffer.
It would be super cool if this information was in the wiki. I’m a little surprised it isn’t to be honest; I just spent about an hour skimming through a ton of different posts to see if anyone listed the correct orientation of the magnet.
