Hello, we are not able to order from Turkey because Turkey is not among the countries you send products to. Now you will say that you can get it from the distributors in Turkey as an answer, but Bambu Lab’s distributors in Turkey unfortunately do not keep most Bambu Lab filaments and spare parts. Whenever I look, they say they are either sold out or not available.

Hope you have big stocks… every time you do these sales, you run out of filaments at least in EU store and we have to buy other brands, a bit annoying ! materials like White and Black PLA should never be out of stock…

Late reply I know but just highlights the problem IMHO as I have encountered a similar situation here in the UK.
Purchased an X1C and 16 rolls of PLA Basic filament with spool way back in November in the BF Sale to benefit from the ‘Buy 8 for £11.99’ or whatever it was back then and as soon as I realised I am using mainly Black and Grey wanted to order some more shortly afterwards along with Yellow & Orange but it was always out of stock.
Was also looking to purchase some ABS in Red, Blue & Orange and here I am nearly at the end of January still looking for all of those plus but never seem to be in stock.
Some of the exotic materials and/or flashy colours I could understand but PLA Basic Black, Grey etc. is as you say annoying and is making me against my better judgement consider alternative brands to Bambu which is a shame as I really wanted to keep everything under the same roof as to coin a phrase it ‘just works’
