Using the AMS lite, filament makes it to the toolhead but NOT to the extruder gear. Error says filament might be tangled. I can manually push the filament into the extruder with no resistance. The AMS just stops “Lite” (pun intended) of the extruder gears. Happens every 3 or 4 layers in a multi color print. Only on 1 of the AMS slots. I cant figure out why the feeder is stopping short.
You need to take the Hub apart to check for a broken piece of filament inside.
what kind of filament are you using? not every filament is compatible with the ams lite
