I have a P1P in the A1 printer when I go to unload the P1P from my computer the only button that is lit is the load button. The unload button is not lit. I can’t figure out how to get it to work on the A1 when I go to the development where you change it the load is lit, but the unload is not lit. I have no idea what is going on. I don’t know if there’s anybody else out there that’s having that problem.
