Filament Color Swatches

Yea. I just got my X1C and I was bummed that it did not come with swatches! I don’t like guessing either as the filament comes at a premium price.

They are available in the EU store, too.

I bought the filament swatches when I got my A1 not knowing that the A1 came with swatches - not mentioned in whats in the box. It also came with the bearings pack for the jet engine. I would have liked the swatches to contain the silk filaments.

Also as an FYI for anyone else purchasing them, the ASA filament swatches are not included.

I got my X1C yesterday and no swatches and no voucher for one. Seems a bit off to have to pay for one when cheaper models have them shipped for free. :sob:

Available for £10 on the UK store

Try these.

I bought the BL swatches but now have new materials (like TPU) that are not included in the BL swatches they sell so I want to print my own.

I found the swatches that others mentioned at…

…which is great but what’s the best way to get text on them?

I’m curious how BL does it. Do they just use Bambu Studio’s text function, then the move tool to move the text right down to the surface of the swatch and use another color (like black) for the text?

Just curious if others have found a simple system for this and what it might be, I kind of want them all to look the same because clearly there is something wrong with me. Thanks!

The text is printed on the swatches post manufacturing. Many of the swatches are actually injection molded.

I was wondering if it was added after the fact, it looks too good and smooth. Thanks Jon!

I am glad I found this post… I searched the store for “swatches” and found nothing! I also couldn’t find them by browsing.

They sell them now as accessories
