I have an x1c that will not cut the filament. When the print is finished, it takes two times to cut. (https://youtube.com/shorts/keLj16g5Blc?feature=share) It works fine manually, but it seems to move to far forward.

I assume you get issues and messages with filament retracting with the failure in cutting.
I can’t see in the video if the lever is pushed all the way.
My first suggestion, if not done yet, is to replace the blade:

looks like wrong coordinate in first moving, check gcode

Agree. It is supposed to move to the front first, then to the side.
I used one of the default files. Wouldn’t that gcode be correct?
