Guys! I always buy my filament from Bambu and in the last order 2 of the 4 spools I received are this. Stuff like this makes us lose a lot of time and it’s not fair to the customer.
Anyone else having the problem? Any easy solutions?

I would contact support, and ask for new spools.
But given their past customer service interactions:
Is this a refill spool or one that came with the spool? Is there any chance the spool halves are “unclicked” and separating. I’ve had this happen to a spool before before and it causes similar problems. I had to respool it.
I second contacting support and seeing what they can do for you.
It’s a refill. I have purchased about 20 refills in the last couple of months. I’ve noticed about 20% of the spools are coming with problems.
My spools have been generally neat and not entangled but a number of them seem to be brittle even though I use the AMS with desiccant. Has anyone else had this issue? If I go to print something after a few days of inactivity I can almost guarantee that I have to pull apart the AMS to get rid of a filament jam.
