Filament Gets Cut Off Before Going Into Machine

I’m new to filament printing (I’ve been doing resin for years, work bought this machine) so I’m not sure about the names of the parts for the H2D

When I ran my first test print with the H2D using the onboard files and the filament that came with it, it worked perfectly fine. Now I’m trying to print a file (sliced it on Bambu Studio, uploaded the Gcode on a flashdrive and inserted it in) and the issue is weird The printer starts, the filament (same type that came with it) was changed to a different color, and it won’t print. An error message appeared saying it wasn’t detecting the filament the tube/nozzle. I loaded the filament in (not the side filament, but the one in the plastic container that loads 4 at a time), I see the filament in the tube, and once the file was about to start printing I see the filament get pushed in but then it suddenly stops, as if it was cut off. Is there a part in the filament tray that cuts it off during the loading? Is it being pulled into the machine to quickly and breaks it off?

Thank you for the advice/issue fix
